Xkem must have gotten the extension from the SEC,they had 15 days from the letter they received...dated May 14 we are way past due.
Were would we be if Pandey was still in charge mmmmmmmmmmm, the cash burn rate Pandey was going through today this company would not be in business. You state Pandey had 20 other drug to bring to market well it cost money to bring drugs to market......were would that money come from......more toxic deals like Chassman.
Not saying I agree with the deal done with Basu at first it was good but then the ratcheting price keeps getting lower, and were will Basu be if the company goes BK or gets delisted same place as us.
Swift stated they need 1 million to get them through 2008, if they can raise those funds we will all benefit, with all those states starting to buy and we not even done with 2008 yet how many more states will be buying by the of the year.
