Hey Rockmek...newsflash for you. ITGuy is incorrect. I challenge you to contact Spooz and ask them yourself and get back to us on this board with their response. I was at the shareholders meeting and verified the nature of the JV multiple times. I specifically wanted to know if it's more than just an "exposure play" and I was told that it was more...we're talking a possible HUGE revenue stream from the JV if SMCC's solution is adopted.
