Amy -- and then there have been those stories that a large proportion the new weapons and gear we've been giving to these new police units we've been trying to get going have been getting 'lost' and showing up in the local bazaars and markets for sale -- and we've just kept giving more weapons and gear to the same folks who have 'lost' and continue to keep 'losing' it all -- cool, eh?
