A JV which won't make any money and some presentation are signs of progress? lol If they were making real progress they wouldn't need to dilute billions of shares. Easy ABC, 123 common sense here. According to their projections just a couple years back by now the company should be rolling in millions of profit. What happened? They even said at the time they were ahead of schedule in some areas, yet nothing was accomplished. Deals, uplisting, revenues, where are they? Something must of went wrong.


imo Spooz thus far has progressed only in the sense of looking like a complete scam. Grandeur promises with no end results. I mean seriously, where the heck is Spooztoolz? Their centerpiece disruptive software which is supposed to bring in the big dollars has been given dates to launch numerous times with delays being the end result on each instance. Now after many failed launches the company then tells us its been launched to a mysterious green zone to which it cannot be verified nor does the company provide any updates. Doesn't look good, does it? The software which is supposed to be disruptive cannot be found.
