BDD...Blackmail may not be the best word to use, but it's close. Charles and Joe told many people{including me} that if they didn't get this RS the company would fold. Myself and others I knew had many millions of shares so we were none too happy with the situation. The story from Charles was there was big money ready to come in after the first of the year. Charles was actively using large shareholders, or for that matter any shareholder to try and help him garner his votes. Late in the game there were things that I found out that just didn't sit well with me and at that point I sent an e-mail to several parties telling them what a cluster f### the 2 bozos had made of this whole situation with their lack of any sort of new production and the waste of money. This e-mail was forwarded to Charles which teed him off. When I spoke to him about this e-mail I also confronted him with several "things" he told me that turned out to be out right lies. Maybe someday they'll tell the truth again. I've been in Texas the past week visiting friends and family and spent some time with a fellow we got involved with last year in some wells.
