any one can explain to me how that person or persons (the ones he blaims)got away with the money? where they selling shares for the co and kept the cash? i dont understand....you woud think brian is involved too....who gave them the shares in the first place if thats the case.... how can he report any one?some promoters may do that.... free shars they woud sell for any price and that woud bring s/p down.
