Because there is a second bottom does not mean that it is a Double Bottom Pattern, only a second bottom. Appointing a pattern name brings along with it predictions and expected behaviors.

Though a second bottom, it is NOT a Double Bottom Pattern; an important distinction being missed here.

It is a Double Top Pattern, unconfirmed as yet, though close.
