Just his wind would cost everyone about $3400 each person in US...
Mandate each auto company must build one natural gas car in ? years or so.... you cannot sell cars in US unless you offer this type car...
I'd be for it... Just so we quit sending money to the crazies...
The problem I see is this...
Donkeys would want to make sure the homeless get $5000 to help the poor with food and insurance...
Elephants would want no tax dollars for the program...
All of course attached to the plan...
