agreed spoke to ED the other day to see how is mood is and boy was he happy. Have never heard him that happy, especially with the price where it is...which tells me he is not worried about the deal at all. Can't wait t see a letter of intent. If you think about it could be a computer company or anyone with that unheard of loss. For once I bought a company with such lousy financials I will make out long term, only in America. I am averaged much higher so hope we move up soon.
