Tom could have done that last November, but he didn't.

He didn't do it then or since then. Tom doesn't care.

When are the common shareholders going to bite the bullet and wake up to this CEO ?

The wool has been pulled and time to skin it now.

The common shareholder was a tool Tom needed and he got what he needed and went about his business and totally disrespected all of us.

Thats the way the Penny stock CEO's work it everytime.
