That does make me feel better that Ovation is pushing the plans forward. However, I am a bit confused by one line in the last paragraph.

<What does need to wait for FDA approval in HD is the opening of trial centers for CABG/HR and the beginning of patient recruitment. >

Why couldn't Ovation conduct the trial as if rATIII was another drug in phase II trials as opposed to waiting until FDA approval of rATIII? I understand that recruiting would be easier following approval, but it isn't a prerequisite, right?
