As these games with share price play out,they (those doing it)not only shake out SOME weak hands,but a dual purpose is the psychological waiting game they play with your investment money.Once they finally let it run again, they know there will be alot of frustrated investors selling of their shares at smaller profits on the sudden rise in share price. We witnessed this on the quick rie up from .35 cents after they let us stew in misery on the way down.
