Could be that the 'accredited investor" shorted a large position using his shares as collateral. These things happen all the time as the investor was seeking a hedge against price depreciation?

In the end we will never know and it is truly peanuts compared with the big picture.

Keep your eye on the prize fellas. Remember "HANS" - 10,000 shares bought in early 2003 @ .50 ($5,000) are now worth $1.6MM.
