That SWARM could be rewritten from scratch with patent issues might be correct. But different systems have already been engineered that function well and will be used by 141 Capital soon enough.
And your statement that Spooz is doing nothing except suing has already been met with evidence to the contrary via the press releases citing Spooz Technologies joint venture with SBF Market Systems' SMCC. Also , now that STV2 has been re written you'll no doubt be met with news citing revenue bearing deals surprisingly soon.
