Gmenfan, Imperial Whazoo offered the idea that for Spooz to market STV2 competely free of liability even it had to be re written. His reasoning was quite logical and closely reasoned. And apparently the gigantic task of doing this is completed.
In my opinion Spooz filed its suit against Jame Groves and Peng He to stop them from selling SWARM (and possibly 'related'
software). In doing so the Company knew full well that it would have to re write the codes for software related to SWARM to protect itself AND its shareholdrs from devastating liabilities in the case it didn't win in court and was counter sued.
