I do not believe PLANT acted alone. I think it was all orchestrated for the real money was out of view. I assume that PLANT was a front man for someone(s) who were making millions off of the programs and the stock pump. With millions to be made and with only PLANT to take the fall with a minimal penalty. PLANT does his time and pays his fines. After all is said and done. The benefit of the crime out weighed the penalty.

Noted; Could it be some type of off shore accounts were set up to support PLANT?
