These people read 3 or 4 paragraphs of this and they can feel the heat in the paper and see you involved in Satanic rituals, burning churches and harassing Christian...NO NO NO and they throw your paper aside, clutch the Bible to their chest...raise the cross to their eyes and start saying; "begone Satan"
Good luck with Christians and writing such as this. You are then dealing with sub-morons, the confused, ignorant, weak-minded...these are the ones that race to the forefront and violently tear up your tracts and order you off the church property. The rest are glad to see some4one is "taking care" of the problem...Complacency reigns.

I never saw God or his punishments as a child...The "will to believe" didn't have a grip on me. It all appeared foolish...Especially confession of sins. I had a hard time reconciling my childish masturbations and fantasies, sexual talk and thoughts with a priest (GOD) forgiving us over and over again (weekly! thats right folks, step right up and have it all forgiven weekly) as being something that would earn us eternal damnation. the "impending calamity" of Catholicism and your guaranteed path to hell if caught out and killed in a "State of Mortal Sin" was ludicrous. It conflicted totally with an understanding, see-all, forgiving GOD.
I love your "leap directly from ignorance to absolute certainty" and from there to destructiveness is certainly the path "It's God's will you fool, shut up your mouth and go over there and beat the shit out of those niggers, you hearr boy?"

Human characteristics influence our beliefs? You bet...lots of blood gets in there. Religious fervor is fueled by natural instincts.
You are familiar with the chakras? Energy sources in the human body. Christians call up the prime energy, the Firsat chakra...SURVIVAL and apply it to defense of their beliefs. This, this alone is what we are up against. That is a strong sourced religious fervor.
Like someone said before; Just fly into Cambodia, get on a bicycle and ride out into the countryside for 20 miles, stop, get off your bike and approach a farmer and tell him that he is all screwed up, that Jesus Christ is the only path to salvation and that he is doomed to hell if he doesn't accept Jesus as his savior. He will probably beat you half to death with his rake. I just said that. He may not even entertain a concept of hell...Actually, you will speak the language fluently and still spend many hours getting this farmer to understand the concepts you brought. Damned at birth? He wil string question marks all over the room and possibly suspend your neck from one of them...and you deserve it!
What you understand and pass on and I elaborate on is: There are so many damned Christian sects out there and all of them are sure they are the only path to salvation. But you say they are Christian and the whole church jumps up in their defense. Pigeonhole them and they will say something like..."Whale, I don't know, but seems theys is thinking somewhat alkong the same lines as usun and they couldn't be all that fahr from our truth for us to disamyss tham out of hand."
