I think this new Horseshoe will be a big hit too. I'm thinking that the share structure is still the same.

Pinksheets.com under the section titled "Company Info" has the Authorized Shares (AS) to be 120 million while not reflecting the amount of shares for the Outstanding Shares (OS) and Float.

I'm believing the numbers you have in the IBox unless something pops up to say otherwise.
