as i see it, PERT will cover once they've enabled the buyers to accumulate the shares they want. since i've no idea how many they wish to load, it's anyone's guess how long we'll be trading at this level. fwiw, covering will require more volume, so if we see a spike in activity, that could indicate a reversal of trend to the upside. jmho.
