I had to let mine go on Thursday when the CEO told two posters that the CD's were 100% done, converted into common and sold and ARCA was still on the ask after the PR. I could handle the dilution going on, but I didn't reading lies about the dilution ending and then seeing it still going on.

We had been told for a couple of days that there wasn't long to go and then to see ARCA on the ask and DOMS back helping on Thursday was too much to bear.

I like the prospects for UVSE as a company and am watching closely. This time I will wait until I am sure they are 100% gone in case there are a lot more shares coming down the pipe than the co is letting on.
