That document posted the other day linking Lumb and Santini was from 2005 I think.. the "new CEO" has been in the mix for some time, several years... its not like they hired some outsider to come in and clean house... this group is not new to the shell game.. these skills have been finely honed for years and as someone recently said .. the change in the economy has lowered the amount of fresh meat around to bilk... so they are having to try new things to get blood from these old stones...
