Why anyone on this board really believes that these guys can't or won't tell the public in the form of a shareholder letter or in the form of PRs on the newswire what they have been up to because of the SEC really ought to guess again.

These guys have a serious history of dropping the ball right before the end zone.

Hart 8 is PRd with equipment problems when the stock is 12 cents. Pr states it will be resolved very soon. The stock pullls back to 9 and hangs there briefly and then with weeks of silence it slides. And then they say over the phone to anyone who calls that they won't hook it up because the price of oils is down .WE ALL KNOW NOW THAT WAS A LIE.
IT ISN'T TILL DOC DRIVES DOWN THERE THAT WE FIND THEY WALKED AWAY not only because they couldn't straighten out the problem but because the well was junk. The first of many. That was over 2 years ago.

Okay now we are on the Padgett. Later 06 they start that property and we wait. We wait till XMAS and guess what?. BDC.

Rumors of the 11 being a "monster" well are flying.We all get behind the BDC issue and vote it out. The SEC gives AMEP a green light and a clean slate.

Finally after another 4 month wait and the stock starts to crawl out of the toilet again it makes it to 8 cents in anticipation of great news about the 11 padgett and the horizontal 12 . But right before they release news about that guess whaT.

THEY REAM THE SHAREHOLDERS AGAIN with RS plans and the stock begins to tank. And when they do finally release news about the 11 it's far from a monster well. In fact not even close.They state a follow up PR soon about both wells. Do they?

HECK NO. NEVER


They black mail the shareholders with the RS with lies and when they get it what do they do? They go back into silence mode and state it's because of the SEC. Man how can anyone believe that garbage anymore?

These guys have screwed up almost everything they have set out to do in the last 3 years except one thing . They got their RS and now good ole Charlie owns an enormous chunk of this company where before he didn't.

And still some here still come on here like you know something positive when in fact I doubt that's true at all.
