what a joke. Operation Spamalot by the SEC was the end for this stock. Who can actually believe the crap these guys spew over the phone? Record their calls and play them back to the judge. Without a lawsuit it's over. Don't you larger shareholders get it? all gone. Someone has to take action and get the ball rolling or its over. File papers in court. Once a suit is filed, and all the names are gathered up as plaintiffs, then you will see action from the company. It is the only way. Once the Statute of Limitations is reached these crooks walk away unscathed and free to continue their scams with your money. That is why the change in management took place, Ed et. al. are just there to whisper sweet nothings until it's too late for anyone to file. If I had a large position it would be worth it to file and I would. Those with huge positions have a chance to gain the most and recoup the legal costs of filing. There are lawyers who see the money in filing a suit of this magnitude, all they need is the start. I am sure you can count on the support of many shareholderes that got burned by these fraudulent tortfeasors. good luck
