I'm not a premier member anymore, so it's hard to research my old posts, but one of the officers notified was Joel Krautheim (sp?). He kind of slithered away and was never to be heard from again. I'm not sure of his depth of culpability. I do remember that we were having fun on the FnF Board here and we were researching property and other assets owned by the Company Officers that may be fair game for future civil suits. I remember Krautheim had a nice 17th or 18th floor big condo on South Beach...but again, don't know if that is still current.

Sally Flinders was another one who was notified, and all of a sudden disappeared from the Corporate records (Secretary). Most agree that she was just a dumb shill used by JP to get diversity on the Board so he could potentially get more favorable Authorized Contractor codes. (he actually did attempt to do business with the Fed Government, but they showed no interest in his products).
