To give you personal insight on the matter.

Do you know WHY I contend for the faith (Gods word) soo much?

Because it has the know how in whom to go to.

For example: The FEAR of the Lord is the BEGINNING of wisdom.

1. Mankind is carnal.
2. Obeying God is contrary to OUR desires.

Before I was born again I did: sex/drugs(alcohol that is)/rocknroll...

If I thought for one second having sex outside of marriage "now becomes ok" under Gods sealing of the Spirit (which becomes broken when in blantant sin) I would.

And why not? I am carnal as the word says. If I am Once Saved Always Saved regardless of repentance or actions- why not have my pie AND eat it too? - I ask you.

So... your councelling probably has helping a countless number of families and individual lives, Amen!

However....a stern help in stopping a single sin is not the same as RETAINING THE FEAR OF THE LORD. In so much that our earthly actions affect our Eternal domain.

**I am not perfect myself, but the fear of the Lord has kept me from many problems. THE MORE LOVE I EXERCISE FOR GOD GOES EVEN FURTHER FOR HIM, THE KINGDOM OF GOD.

My advice, you can argue with the Holy Spirit about the reasoning if you like, up to you....

Start showing in scripture that those actions can take a person to hell, and that it is not merely a temporal fixation that causes hardship and stife.
FOR...Once they conquer sexual addiction- they may replace it with something else afterwords. (REV 21:8)

I pray God forgive me for my trangressions against him. I pray he continues to build me up for his purposes. I thankyou for your friendship and everyone on this board.
