It depends how long the process has been going on. The deal has already been approved by both sides pending 5 day DD. Really big deals take months. Given the past PRs, I believe this deal gets done in the next few days. MMs seem to agree and are waiting news themselves. Nite is a big firm and always tries to make a market. They will move quickly. A few shares here and there is no big deel to them. This is the first time I have seen a hard lineup like we are seeing now. It won't take much buying for this to move up. Many eyes are on this stock. Once a big player gets involved all this will change. News travels fast.
