Well, it appears that the bulk of us prefer to keep this a more tightly-knit community, even if one or two or more of us gets a little unwound at times. <VBG>
So as for invitations, I think people should make their suggestion on the board, but the respondents should PM me their yea or nay. If there is one nay, the person doesn't get invited, but nobody will know who nixed the idea or why. And nobody need feel obligated to explain their vote to me either.
Of course, this means that you all have to trust me, and until last night, I thought you all did. (Yes, Indy, I'm talking to you. I'm not trying to be catty. I'm still doe-eyed and caught in the headlights. <G>)
I have shared so many confidences with so many of you and never betrayed a one, nor would I ever. And I've always assumed the same about anyone I've spoken with privately and I've not been disappointed. We had and can still have a nice thing going here folks.
We shouldn't allow one person to come between us.
