Dumb idea #3

Maybe it is time for GTC to ask it's partners to start shouldering their portion of the load. As shareholders we forget we are not the only potential beneficiaries of the company's wonderfull platform, so are GTC's "partners". It is clear from the present prediciment that GTC has been lo-balled in the deals they have made. This is common in certain businesses such as construction where contractors frequently run over estimate.. So far the beleagured shareholdes have had to pick up the overides. We have done all we can.. It is also galling that in the recent shareholder vote re. the RS, LFB was allowed to vote their considerable block of shares even though their position is different than a "common" shareholder in they represent a company which will benefit over and above what the common shareholders will, eg they will recieve 50% of eventual profits from FVII, even though their potential loss from the RS/dilution will be considerably less than the total of the other shareholdes. Unless you have equity in LFB you will be the position of subsidising their future profits..

Time for Cox to go to these guys and tell them to do the right thing...I can not run an office if the costs of surgery exceed what my patients pay me...neither can GTC. Cox needs to get this message across. Curtailing one of these programs would get their attention...What are the partners going to do...they could sue GTC (they have nothing)..will be heard in court in 2012...give some work to wolenshen (the lawyer)...it wont get their product to market any faster and the FDA effectly blocks them from moving to another production method.....

Even though he probably wont appreciate this, I should give credit to FLO for his earlier suggestion....":>)
