A lot of people in Columbus lost money when RIGS came to a halt ten or twelve years ago. Bupp is looking to redeem himself...

I wonder if any of the original investors are getting involved with NEOP again... or if it's "once burned, twice shy"?

If I was one of them, honestly... it would be tough to get involved again. Even if it looks promising, I think most people would have a tough time overcoming their original disappointment. Human nature I guess. That's why I've always believed that most of todays NEOP owners are "2nd generation" owners of the stock. I could be wrong. Just a hunch...
