Zeev, I wouldn't get too excited about any further upside potential on JNJ or MRK.

Generally, a stock's momentum high will precede it's price high (for the current cycle) about three weeks before the price high occurs.

On JNJ we had the momentum high on April 15th and on MRK we had the momentum high on 4/16, we are rapidly approaching 15 trading days (three weeks) from those, respective momentum highs, so a cycle top should occur soon.

One stock, that you have listed as "broken", I am real close to getting a buy signal on, that is CCMP. CCMP hit 28.47, last Monday and as held rather well since. Any further downmove below last Monday's low, possibly to an OB under 27 1/2, would find me as a buyer, for run into the next cycle high, due sometime in June. Perhaps you would (then) consider CCMP, to be "unbroken" ?
