David Taft's IBS Capital, LLC et al purchased another 2,000,000 ALMI shares on 6/27/08 per a SEC Form 4 filed on 7/1/2008. They now own 12,272,415 ALMI shares. The purchase price was 50 cents a share. It is my presumption that the
purchase was made in a private placement by Atlas Mining Company and will provide working capital for the company.
