This is the way this game is played you have to pin everyone down (with lawyers and lawsuits) to get any money out of them. I'm not sure you can say the J3 gave in, we still do not know the amount of the settlement. Prove me wrong, I have not seen a document with numbers on it (even zero). I believe Swartz is out of the picture as of May 31, 2008--perhaps earlier. Patent Troll, who cares we should be so lucky at least companies may fear our legal team so far we don't know jack.
