IRAQI government met 15 of the 18 benchmarks set by Congress. Yet the Democrats keep raising the bar because this way they can continue to say, “see they did not do this” over and over.

Now what party is the party of defeat? Correct the Liberals (Democrats) and who wants Iraq to fall and it's people to die?
