I made connection with QPRC , sounds good and this year it will happen, my guess is it will be a great year for the stock holders. Been a long time coming, made good money on it years back, its the only penny I can say that has not diluted for sure.
Like I mentioned we all know that can change on a dime.

I think its possible it can break the old high of 60 cents, well I hope so anyway, it will depend on how big a deal happens , they have lots of irons in the fire, one big hit is what will drive it and I'm pretty certain they will bring it on at any time.
