I believe we're making our initial forays into this market with the release of this product line. We need a PR that indicates what goals and expectations the Co has around this. It is an exciting development IMO.
Does anyone know what kind of sales force DDI maintains? I know that the East Coast yacht business runs through Ft. Lauderdale. I'm assuming the Gulf and West Coast only has a
limited number of shipyards that handle the larger yachts.
Also, my other overweight stock is SDRLF (Seadrill) I have not seen them mentioned here. Does anyone know if DDI does business with them? They recently opened a Houston office and announced a multi deep rig package with Petrobras. Since, Seadrill is part of the John Fredriksen chain of companies entre here could be huge. (Frontline Tanker, Deep Sea Supply, Golden Ocean, Ship Finance, Rig Finance, etc.)
