One thing I keep remembering is the fact that JOB was not a JEW, so there goes the animal sacrifices and the Law out the windwo concerning him.

It was more than just the Jews who obeyed the ordinances. Being a Jew simply means you either a) live in the land of Judea or b) are from the tribe of Judah. That leaves 11 other Hebrew tribes which he could have been from, all of which made sacrifices unto God. All Jews are Hebrew, but not all Hebrews are Jews.
