Hey there Tony...hope all is well with you. It's been awhile since we "spoke".

You've just highlighted my favourite investment stock with this post. SIVC is the only subpenny I own that is a long term hold. The others are swing plays for various reasons. And, at times I catch a momo ride. But, SIVC is definitely a long term hold for me.

Their fiscal year ends this month and I'm expecting them to update all of their filings and uplist by year end or early next year. We'll see a nice pop when that happens.

The business plan is what I like best. Plus, the team they've put together to follow through on putting more China mergers together is great. THe ENHD merger is just a sample of their work. I look forward to seeing a lot more of that type of deal. :) Welcome aboard!
