Under the terms of the CCA, C2C will provide ZEL with its patented lightweight concrete technology and access to its specialised markets in oil field development.
The technology will allow ZEL to produce "ZeoFume", developed to produce high-strength light weight concrete systems.
"ZeoFume" is a highly reactive product developed by C2C for use in cement systems to improve performance and has application in oil field cementing, in shotcretes for the mining and tunnelling industries as well as for light weight or fire-resistant concrete applications in the building and construction industry.
