Inc. (Pink Sheets:AKYI) has signed a letter of engagement with Weed & Co. LLP of
Newport Beach, CA to assist and advise AKYI with state and federal securities
law compliance, regulations, and the SEC's reporting requirements in connection
with management's plan to have AKYI quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board.

According to George Stevens, CEO, "Weed & Co. has had prior dealings with AKYI
and, in fact, has extensive knowledge of our company history. This information
will be extremely useful as AKYI compiles the documents, as necessary, to move
