IDM – wrapping up business?
Considering the events of these last three days, I would give it a 90% probability that IDMI has been sold. The announcement will likely come soon. The numerous recent SEC filings suggest a wrapping up of IDMI’s affairs in preparation for the transfer of ownership. It will certainly be interesting to see how much the offer is. I suspect (hope) that it will be at least $10/shr, but more likely on the order of $20. The “proof of the pudding” could well be next week. I sure hope I am right – EPMN/IDMI has been a long haul for me – racked with many many disappointments. Considering the early promise of Padre, EP-2101, the HIV vaccine, etc I thought that my investment would see double-digit increase in short order. I truly hope that, as Walbert suggested to me at the SHM, my faith (investment) in IDMI will be rewarded.
