Minimal.. meaning I can recognise them, and even stoop (or, rather, burrow) to their level... Plus, thanks to the magic of the drunkard's walk, every so often one of them will randomly locate a neuron and produce a relevant response.

I think you're missing the innate mathematical talent and charm, and the lifespan, but otherwise maybe the name fits :-P
