Intel mentions following Dothan enhancements:

- enhanced register data retrieval
- enhanced data pre-fetcher
- and the 2MB L2

No word about 64bit, L1, etc. Also the L1 caches seen on the presented Dothan die photos did neither increase in size (compared to other features) nor do they include more visible cache banks and other structures.
