Poet,

I don't see why the Smith case or the Yates case should be judged differently.

I guess it's a good thing I'm not a judge.

Both killed more than one child. Coldheartedly.

If one takes lives like those two did, at what point would someone deem them fit to rejoin society as productive members?

What standard would you apply?

Would you allow them to get a job, get married, have more kids?

They have shown they are not good for society.

I don't like being judgemental. I read the Bible. I believe in God. I simply don't believe that a Mother that is capable of murdering her own children should be allowed to add any more genes to the pool. If that means eliminating them, so be it.
