Cytogenix has not yet been awarded a single US patent nor does not possess a single US patent as an Assignee.

Its previously touted US Patent No. 6,054,299 entitled " Stem-loop cloning vector and method' and the item and "science" which kicked off this penny-stock scam no longer shows any association with Cytogenix.
