IMO I don't see that. I saw PERT locked in place on the best ask and not budging in the $1.20s. Then retailers started jumping in front him to dump. He can't sell his shares if he is at the back of the line so kept playing leap frog. To me it just looks like somebody with some shares just wants to be rid of them. Maybe Siedhoff or Ironman. But I doubt shorting IMO.
