Sr2 I am not an authority on anything but since nearly everyone seems to think the backdrop is a resumption of the secular bear in the not to distant future then the markets discounting mech. will have to overcome this perception.When, and if, this perception is overcome then more clarity may evolve. When this clarity evolves interest rates will be rising at a faster clip and ---- seems like one of those chase your tail exercises. Please advise when you know what's going on!
