the OS just increased by 57,142,857 shares to complete the Flotation Tech acquisition. i have seen the OS increase over 120% since i first invested a year ago when the float was much smaller. that in itself creates volatility in the stock price, especially on the OTC. that is the cost of going from a $2M a quarter concept to a $13M a quarter, and still rapidly growing, reality.
both the DPDW/Electrowave/Mako combination and Flotation Tech have shown YOY revenue growth over 100%. they now share each others customer bases in one of the hottest sectors with potential in the general maritime and oceaneering industries.
as DPDW grows, more advantageous financing opportunities will be available as has already been shown with the high interest Prospect Capital loan being covered with the private placement. management presented a vision at the beginning of 2007 and they have followed through very successfully building the foundation and frame of a future mansion. the fundamentals continue to support the long term investor and the stock will do what stocks do, buy on the dips for long term or trade to your hearts content :)
