good question. from what i understand the matter in sec had. all the stock in trust and gbrc is helping sec on matter with some stock fraud with msrm and that the reason msrm stock froze. i think and could be wrong, when sec through with msrm fraud, all stock will be issue. it only my opinion and i may be wrong.
