She knows there is an NSS problem here, but believes the SEC and SROs are not going to allow it to resolve itself in the manner it should be. She has been right up to this point. Without TMs efforts, this would be dead and buried. As it is, it is still in critical but stable condition. There is no guarantee that the NSS positions will be resolved in a way that benefits us. However, we, and the company, do hold the power to force the NSS to cover by driving the pps up. Us by holding for higher prices,and TM by growing the business. I'm confident TM is doing his part. Because of margin reqs., a squeeze can happen without the need for a buy-in, though a buy-in would be the right thing to do. All IMO.
