The pieces are starting to fit better.

Giving order to the recent developments and duties in an official document provides an additional level of confidence to me. It is good to hear we are being guided to our destination by experts that have been there before.

I hope management delegates the responsibility and necessary power to those experts . . . and then stays out of their way and lets them do their job!
